Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Disclaimer
At Onda Couture, every bag is individually handcrafted in Brazil by our family of artisans using carefully selected, often limited materials. Because of this, no two bags will ever be exactly alike. While certain styles may follow the same pattern or color palette, slight variations in stitching, embroidery, or fabric are natural and intentional. 

These variations are what make your bag one of a kind—a true piece of wearable art. Once a bag is made, the exact materials may no longer be available, and we cannot guarantee the ability to recreate a previous design.

Product Availability & Custom Requests
Due to the nature of our craft, quantities are limited. If a particular bag or style is sold out, we cannot guarantee a restock. Custom requests may be considered, but we cannot duplicate past pieces exactly.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our bags are handmade, limited in quantity, and uniquely created, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error in your order. If you have an issue, please contact us at renata.diniz@ondacouture.com within 7 days of receiving your item.

Certificate of Authenticity
Every Onda Couture piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming you are the sole owner of your handmade bag.
